§ 1 Definitions
- Service – the website operating at https://www.szymonslowik.com/
- The Data Controller of personal data collected via the Service is Szymon Słowik, conducting business under the name Szymon Słowik Takaoto consulting firm, located in Gliwice (44-100), Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie street 14/9, email: kontakt@takaoto.pro
- Reader – a natural person using the Service
§ 2 General Provisions
- The personal data of the Reader is processed in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of August 29, 1997, and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002.
- The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the persons whose data it concerns.
- In case of a change in regulations regarding personal data protection, the Administrator commits to comply with their new form in this Policy. This includes, among others, the GDPR regulation.
- The Administrator is aware of the risks associated with processing personal data on the Internet, hence declares to make efforts to ensure an appropriate level of privacy and security for the Readers.
§3 Scope of Collected Data
- The personal data of the Reader collected by the Administrator is used for contact with him/her.
- The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Reader: first and last name or company name, email address.
- Providing personal data referred to in point 2 is necessary for the Administrator to perform the activities indicated in point 1.
- The Administrator does not share the data of the Readers of the Service with third parties other than the authorized public administration body or court.
- The Administrator allows the use of freely available information in the form of a Newsletter through the Service.
- The Reader may unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter at any time.
§4 Method of Data Processing
- Using the Service is voluntary.
- The Administrator collects and analyzes information contained in system logs, such as domain names from which Readers of the service connect, the number of page views, number of visits. Data is collected by the hosting company Thecamels S.C. Kamil Porembiński, Adam Mirowski, (https://thecamels.org/pl/regulamin/) and companies Google, Yandex, Facebook, HotJar. Entities outside the EU have privacy policies consistent with GDPR.

- Anyone sending information using the form located on the Service or directly to the Administrator’s email address should expect that this information may be published on the Service in an anonymized form.
- The Reader has the right to control the processing of data concerning him/her contained in the Administrator’s dataset, especially the right to request completion, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent cessation of their processing, or their deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue, or collected in violation of the law.
- Personal data of the Reader will not be transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
§5 Reader’s Obligations
- The Reader is obliged to use the Service in accordance with the law and good manners, bearing in mind the respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
- The Reader is obliged to enter data consistent with the factual state.
- All content posted on the Service is protected by copyright law and is the property of the Administrator. The Reader bears full responsibility for any damage caused to the Administrator as a result of using any content of the Service without the Administrator’s consent.
- Any use by anyone, without the express consent of the Administrator, of any of the elements making up the content and content of the Service constitutes a violation of copyright law.
§6 Cookies
- The Administrator’s Service uses “cookies”. Failure to change the browser settings on the part of the Reader is tantamount to consenting to their use.
- Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Reader’s terminal equipment and are intended for use with the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storage on the terminal device, and a unique number.
- Cookies used in the service do not store personal data or other information collected from the Reader. The Service uses cookies to identify the browser session, which enables the use of the service’s functions.
- The use of “cookies” techniques does not allow for downloading any personal data or address of the Reader or any confidential information from his computer.
§7 Final Provisions
- The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the threats and category of data under protection, in particular, secures data against being disclosed to unauthorized persons, taken by an unauthorized person, processed in violation of applicable regulations, and change, loss, damage, or destruction.
- The Administrator provides technical means to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data transmitted electronically by unauthorized persons.
- In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- In the future, these rules may change. In such a case, the Administrator will inform the Newsletter Readers and post the information on the Service.
